Maintenance Dose (High):
After Week 4: If advised or if you have insulin resistance, NAFLD, prediabetes, or diabetes, you may consider increasing the dosage further.
Aim for a total daily dose of 1500mg, divided into three equal doses of 500mg each.
Continue taking with meals for improved absorption and reduced gastrointestinal discomfort.
